Background Story: Cara was thrown into a dumpster by her parents because they didn't want a child. She was found by a master thief Jacob Griffith and took her in as a daughter and taught her how to steal. When she grew older she discovered magic in her eyes which enables her to create illusions for people around her. Before Jacob died, he gave her the title of Phantom thief Griffon due to her skills as a mister thief.
Cara is a fun loving thief and likes to play pranks on people by creating illusions which also helps her to steal. She wears a masquerade mask and sends a letter of theft to the concerned person from who she is about to steal. Even after the concerned party's efforts, Cara is able to steal from them but she doesn't spend the money on her alone but she gives them to the needy people. She's like female Robin Hood with a lot of "Oomph" in her
